At XTRACK, we work hard to ensure your orders are processed and delivered quickly and safely.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship from British Columbia, Canada using reliable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or FedEx.

  • Canada (Domestic Orders): 2–7 business days (depending on location).

  • United States: 5–10 business days.

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs).

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or order values (see active promotions for details).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Backorders & Pre-Orders

  • If an item is on backorder or pre-order, we’ll notify you of the expected shipping date.

  • You can choose to:

    1. Ship available items first and the rest later, or

    2. Wait and ship everything together.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • We cannot control or predict these costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but we will assist you in resolving claims.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.
