Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship from British Columbia, Canada using reliable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or FedEx.

Canada (Domestic Orders): 2–7 business days (depending on location).

United States: 5–10 business days.

International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs).

Backorders & Pre-Orders

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but we will assist you in resolving claims.
